No one is denying the financial position of PDN and its associated risk. The issue here is with the lack of transparency in communications between PDN and shareholders, and vagaries around the company’s true financial position, its strategies and the impact of them failing, right up until the trading halt. The only communications which clarified the severity of PDN’s position were sent after the trading halt. Holding shareholders hostage. Moreover the CEO was overtly promoting PDN early this year in interviews.
