Giuseppe needs to sell GMC before it comes online. The higher cost guys r going to be absolutely murdered by the low cost guys. As it is om is displacing the indian manganese ferroalloy producers.
This is going to be much worse if the market deteriorates. GMC wont even have time to take off.
