Furthermore, Bulletin has been advised that a third party has requested the Environmental Protection Authority(EPA) to review Bulletin’s Native Vegetation Clearing Permit (NVCP) application, currently in progress at DMIRS.At the EPA’s request, Bulletin has complied with all requests and provided the EPA with copies of all reports TheEPA is currently determining whether or not to assess Bulletin’s NVCP application. Bulletin awaits the EPA’s advice.
