Significantly improves balance sheet. I hope no further finace will be required untill we become cashflow positive. Not at a discounted price, though I still think it’s a steal at this price. Can’t argue much when the sector sentiment is still unclear at the moment. 20c sets a floor of the sp, but also created some drag. Interesting to see how the market will react to the news. Dilution is long term pain, but at least less painful whith strategic partners that are less likely to sell.
