It looks like there is some big pockets with eyes on this company, some have taken a small position but most are still wanting confirmation in the form of financing and an additional BOA.
I’d rather be in than out when the SOI are so low and it’s so tightly held. If it dropped to that lower support level on your chart I’d probably pick up a few more
if the mou with Fengyuan is extended then that may be a possibility only 2 more business days until the end of the month
