Why, Mark Zuckerberg holds more than 53% voting rights in Facebook, is that proving to be an issue for shareholders? How about the fact that Larry Page and Sergey Brin combined owns only 11% economic ownership of Google, but 52% voting power, is that an issue?
I can give you more examples if you like but I think you get the idea. This really is a non-issue and people are growing concerned about this for nothing. 51% or not, he still has to abide by the corporations' act and honestly, the majority of any value in this business has been provided by him, so let's get real shall we?
Personally, I only see strength in a person of Mr T's caliber stepping up to take charge and drive this project home
