There is essentially a low carbon footprint on this already compared to existing Mn producers (at both mining and value add stages) - as we are 1) a low strip ratio mine - I believe our beneficiation process is low energy compared to DMS and we are above the water table so no dewatering and b) using leaching/purification to produce MnSO4, which has an incredibly low carbon footprint compared to either electrolysis or running a blast furnace

There is of course the opportunity to switch processing over to green energy & also to invest in a green (EV) mining fleet - electric dump trucks and LV's are becoming common place, we don't own any of the mining fleet so a change over would be relatively cheap and I think the economics is driving it that way anyway.

Did anyone notice we have trademarked Zero Carbon Manganese? I might be late to the party on that one, but nice!
