Certainly looks pretty thin on top. I have picked up a few more this morning. Still seems to me the closer they get to first shipment, the more buoyant it will become, let alone any announcement about when they start making announcements about the expansion ramp-up.
For now we watch but I would still be hoping for a close higher than here. DYOR
