Hi prap, maybe some of the angst expressed is due to the BOD with their internal valuation of the company and then not being able to negotiate a CR without the options because that valuation is higher than it should be and the addition of a sweetener necessary.
If that is the case then the current deal is a reasonable one, the upside being current funding plus future funding at $29 and may be by that time their internal valuation is a reality.
IMO.
