lexcorp.. if you read section 4.2 of the feb 6 announcent you will see that there are 3.9mm in the money call options outstanding.. i believe you must add these to the 13.9mm ordinary fully paid shares.even if they haven't been converted yet, we must assume they will be.
that gives a total of 17.8mm..
I was hoping someone had an opinion on the market value of the 2 yr options with a strike at $29, whether they agreed with my $7.80 valuation or not.
