1. There are 13.9 mil shares, add current 1 mil, you will have 14.9 mil SOI.
2. There are 3.9 mil options/warrant at various price, add current 1 mil, you will have 4.9 mil option/warrant.
3. 4.9 mil option/warrant collects $74 mil in cash upon conversion.
4. On conversion, the SOI would be 19.8 mil
5. If you say TO of 1 billion plus/minus 20% without further dilution, you are taking $40 to 60 per share.
6. The SOI doesn’t include previous $50 mil facility as we don’t know if it is still on cards.
