If we are going to get taken over I think it will happen in the next couple years and there won't be much/any more dilution after this. Options will crystallise, so we'll have about 20m SOI. The price will have to be very juicy to entice enough holders to sell in light of the growth opportunity and superiority of DurAVR, in my view well north of $5b. That delivers a SP of $250+... pretty nice, but fractional of the potential.

If we go it alone there will be more raising required. I'm working on a (totally speculative) 25m SOI, so 25% more dilution. But, the MC will be multiples higher on this trajectory.

The funding support over the past couple days is a huge vote of confidence. I hope we do go it alone, yes still some things to navigate, but the value created will be miles higher this way... we have the product that can take 50%+ market share... that's a MC of Edwards waiting to be realised.
