    TGP & TOT are proposing to acquire without having full finances declared and also trying to acquire asset that is old ...!

    IAP dual listed and has provided roughly 5% unfranked dividend over last year. so not that super impressive buyout... IMO.

    TGP & TOT should have thought of investing in new asset then old one... IMO.

    lucky I didn't buy anything last month when I was thinking investing in TOT & TGP.
