Looks like TGP are going more into credit. Note sure this is the best idea at the moment. Market seems to agree. It would be nice to get some of that cash back. Unlikely bar the dividend. You are really backing Tony Pitts judgement & property skills here. There is also the possibility of a privatisation at a discount to NAV!
