Everybody is just hoping for the opportunity to bail on this project at a small profit if possible. A tiny market commodity with tiny (no) margins and every chance of going bust while waiting ten years for tiny dividends. A gargantuan Share on issue number even before capex. This thing is investment death. It didn't get up in a Chinese building boom, it sure as shoot ain't going to in a bust unless the government money is even dumber than we think. What would payback be on this dog atm, 7 years??
