Not even argueing any of the above points except one, government and wise/frugal spending have never gone hand in hand as far as I have been alive.
When we have a go on the EPA, we'll start to see what might be around the corner.
You are betting on vanadium never having an upside, I would guess holders here are betting the opposite. And in that there aren't too many stocks to look at.
And i'm a holder that is more often than not being called out for being overly critical of how this project has been handled, so I would have long been gone if I didn't predict a bright future.
I may be wrong of course but you're coming in with absolutes. Only one of us can be right, i'm making an educated guess like everyone else, but if you have a crystal ball just let me know and i'll jump ship on opening tomorrow and stick my cash wherever you point.
