Ann: $39 Million At-The Market Raise, Appendix 3B, page-41

Another fantastic strategic move by LKE to raise $39m at market price with a premium on VWAP. As I have indicated before, I will give 10 out of 10 for LKE management’s strategic thinking and foresight. Funding gap for 50,000 LCE tpa construction has dramatically reduced with this $39m CR.

For a couple of keyboard warriors, IMO it would take about 3 to 4 months for them to understand the significance of this raise. LKE is ticking boxes on a daily basis and it has become a habit for them now.

Can anyone please point me to another company’s CR at market rate with a premium to it’s VWAP? Awesome job Stu and Steve.
