I really could not understand the members of the XPE management. How can it call the option as "bonus" and "reward" to SHs? The reasons can only be either they are really incompetent in predicting the near future of the company, or intentionally deceive SHs! Either ways are making investors losing confidence in XPE. Don't know what BoD of XPE will do next ?
