    Can someone explain this to me.

    Tamarind have purchased on-market, not via a SPP/private placement/CR etc.

    It has nothing to do with 3C Group.

    So why this waiver?

    If anything, this waiver has put into my mind that a CR/SPP is on the cards post-July, and 3C now want to ensure their stake in the company remains the same, and can purchase at the same price as other holders.
