    yes I agree! I thought the prospectus didn;t read well at all...all loans repaid with investors money!!?? Yet a high % of retained ownership!?? These two annual reports don't convey clarity and responsible disclosure in my mind...happy to be wrong. sum ting schmelli here me thinks...
