Under what conditions and what arguments would cause Brian to throw away 90%? Nobody has any leverage over him to do so. If the court decision comes up with a number i.e. the amount that previously named PGI could clearly substantiate, then that is what is due. This is a hard nosed legal case, the cause of which p***d Brian off for years. Hassled by the tax department for years when the contract agreed clearly showed what was agreed and yet he had to wrangle with them for years, plus the curtailing of the pond meant Brian had again to come up with a work around and he lost a lot of gold AND personal credibility.
