This is not a woke fest and Kumbaya get together lets all be friends moment.

Brian has a lot of skin in with AAU. He is looking to finish up with the company at year's end and doubt he wants to exit with the share price as it currently stands (though even at this level he'd walk away with a tidy sum). Seems very upbeat about a decent court payout. Sincerely hope he and the legal team bring the sums sought in - it's been a long and arduous journey. May it end well.

Thankfully it's not a woke fest (not being in the US and all) but perhaps after a decent payout it will put an end to the turbulance and let the Brian, the company and the share price move on. However, should the payout fail to meet expectations then it will no doubt cast more turbulance for the company and for holders.

Interestingly, if Brian and team are so confident of a decent positive court case outcome then why is the market so subdued - perhaps it is not so convinced of such a good outcome??
