The DR chose/hired PGI to clean up the mess they had made. They made the deal promising land for a TSF, and they reneged. jumpstart is 100% correct- Brian has gone thru hell and high water adapting to that mess to keep the co. alive; i ts all in the initial contracts. DR stuffed up.
Brian is the reason a "small foreign company" had the balls to say no, FU, "you gotta stand by your contracts in international law, and we know you didn't".
And then instead of sitting on on his tired old arse, bleeding the co. dry, awaiting an outcome, he kept on rolling on, and look were we are now.
Anyway, we haven't put a foot wrong, contractually. The DR govt. have.
