You should be entitled to them then if you bought shares last year and still hold them. I suggest contacting the share registry DDD are with, they might be able to assist or provide contact details? It's pretty bad they are not responding to emails, maybe there is an IT issue?
also double check the Cosmo paperwork contact details in the Announcements with the email you are using. I recall receiving an email about Cosmo in the last few weeks from the company.
