Cosmo will be an independent company with a separate ticker on the ASX. 3D retains an interest in the Cosmo Gold project.
Holders of DDD will be compensated in the form of ordinary Cosmo shares for the loss of equity which leaves DDD (value of 3D's retained interest in Cosmo Newberry). How it is distributed to us, I dont yet know. I have asked for the deal sheet but nothing to share as yet.
3D still needs shareholder approval for the spin off, so 3D could retain Cosmo Newberry if shareholders vote no.
