In essence, they're selling a prospective tenement for a total of $500,000 with $50,000 within 5 days of executing this agreement, $200,000 upon finalization of said agreement and another $250,000 when the mine begins producing to further develop and progress the Adelong project which to me, shows their confidence in the project.

In my opinion, this money will be utilized for the plant upgrade & further drilling so that they should 'theoretically' never have to do a raise, particularly when considering the mullock heaps on site.
