so once done MAN will have operatorship and then go through the approvals process
So far this has all been done with previous well operators, following the ASN model they still need to provide NOI to BLM to re-enter, its mentioned in the WAA announcement that it allows for a streamlined permitting process, doesn't say that these small steps ARE the approval process, this is pre-approvals and as i said approvals could take a few months (provide SUWA don't come along and piss on their cornflakes)
Then they still need BLM approvals and APD which involves site visits, environmental checks and approvals and such

my point being that there wont be an announcement out of the blue "mandrake commence drilling", we'll see this process slowly ticking along over the next few months, didnt say it would take 8 months but it certainly wont all be done in 8 weeks, maybe 4-6 months drilling begins thats my bet, then just hope that you dont get the gold bar results
