Two major things I like about the announcement :
- I think seismic should be used more to determine targets in conjunction with geophysical methods. For example at Renison which is a 100Yr mine they uses seismic to define tin mineralization in skarn & pegmatites (which are similar but an extension of skarn).
- the method of interpretation of the deposit is the same way as Prominent Hill was extend to a massive deposit to then go underground in this same Gawler Craton.
Geologic discovery doesn't happen all at once it gets added to and layered or unpeeled pretty much as it formed with sequential processes that often enriched proto(pre) ore to resource/reserve grade in formation. I'm really happy/encouraged with the work being done.
