“but to the lay person it smacks of desperation…” This is a strong statement to make. Go to HiSeis web page and read about it, see who they have done work for and result they achieve to date. They have done work for IGO, I would say that they already have some data on their books that they will be able to compare with the Mawson results. It took 150 holes in Voiceye’s bay, we are about halfway, this can save us a lot of time and money. Thinking out of the box, embracing new technologies makes thing happen.
