At some point the new merged business will need to have a combined market evaluation, but it's unclear what the estimate of the new allocated SP will be against the current 3DM SP until we learn more. A trade halt will signal the end of this speculation ... looking forward to it!
I'm guessing that anything below $0.09-$0.10 will do well given that SP has floated around $0.08 prior to securing an established revenue stream like Mach7. Once the new SP goes live after the trading halt, it can get pretty tough jumping in early.
