    What am I missing ...?
    I just got given again at 16c (2.5m MC). Cash on hand is now ~4.8m. Ignoring any value at all in BEL and SRK, the property is conservatively valued at 1.85m. So $6.6m value that its hard to deny. wtf...?
    Anyone ?
