It was only last week that I alluded to the fact that Charles will not let this ship sink! He has too much money tied up here not to have a vested interest in seeing this project come together or be sold for a signifcantly higher price than he bought. The market was trying to drive down the price for a credit raise to secure/scoop up cheap shares (Charles has seen these games many times before) and knows that we are significantly undervalued. A great move from Charles to alleviate market concerns of a short term credit raise and buys the company time, expectation is this moves up. Managers who have skin in the game, think like shareholders and will try and do everything in their power to minimise overall dillution. Cheers, CP.
