This is a good outcome. Removes the CR risk the drive the price down.
Bass is clearly a very strong believer in the project so funds it privately. The 14c floor price for conversion is a very strong sign that he sees this higher and that he’s aiming to quell market nerves about the dilution and share price.
Should move along nicely now.
