300m shares is almost 20% of the entire share registry. They've valued this (excluding cash) at~$12m to $13m. Good work IAM, you absolute d*** heads. No wonder the royal commission is going on, ex-scumbag financial planners are continue to do what they've always been good at - Ripping off their clients.

With the options at 0.015, these holders have now 30% of the company. And another value roadblock for every single LT holder.

This company will not be seeing past 1.5c for the next year. Even with a confirmed CBA agreement, good luck to us all because we'll be further slapped with the dilution.

Literally how did they think this was a good idea? This was a corporate donation by Patrick. Wish ASIC would actually do their job and protect shareholders from this blatant crap. The original prospectus should be held accountable.

I'll be issuing my proxy vote to deny the 200m share tranche 2 issue. I suggest you all do the same.
