Until 4CE prove they have something significant at either site, the SP will always appear undervalued IMO.
However, reading our neighbours announcement today, I would say AVZ will be pulling out all stops to offload their resource via a take over before anything significant is discovered here.
If not then it's game on as to who can find the largest resource. AVZ will not want competition when it comes to securing maximum value from their tenements.
It will probably help 4CE moving forward if they lock down a TO prior to 4CE finding a notherload also.
Just my thoughts on the matter and a lock down next door might also help see the SP here rally.
