The clever play by AVZ is that they will release each drill result as it happens to maximise urgency from potential buyers. Their resource appears to be large enough to warrant two, maybe even three independent mines should the centre section reveal good quality Li at depth. Plus they have the added benefit of tin which we don't appear to have from our latest acquisition as it seems to be a Lithium only play as tin is already a happening thing and treated completely independent. I would love for AVZ to see it through to production, however their stated mission has always been to define a resource and flog it off to the highest bidder. They already have a local Chinese JV partner.
For a long time I couldn't figure out why they chose that path.....however maybe, just maybe it's because of impending direct competition from right next door? Perhaps AVZ Intel already knew there was a high potential for Li to be all around them and are purely seeking to be first movers in the area? Which could be why they jumped on a site with decades of western historical mining and data and have the intention to move it on at an early stage for others to develop and mine.
So 4CE are local but further back in the race. They now have some aspects that may help leap frog them at a later date, however it all hinges on finding similar pegmatite structures as AVZ at one or preferably both sites. The pegmatite in that region could be local only to AVZ or it could extend along as a ribbon reef through to Kitoloto, or as per our latest acquisitions apparent outcrops, there could be multiple structures scattered throughout the entire region. Moving forward, this could warrant a JV central processing plant.....especially if a conglomerate Chinese venture become involved. Everyone will benefit from the road and infrastructure upgrades so it makes sense to also have some central processing areas.
Look at examples of ADV, GXY and CXOs pegmatite finds in Canada....all fairly similar but at various depths, but still appearing all over the country.
Li is a common element and loves to hide in pegmatite, spodumene crystals.....so possibly Lady Luck is on our side here in camp 4CE.

IMO, should trenching reveal decent top structure at Kitoloto, 4CE would only need to drill a few holes for a stab at depth. Upon good results I think you would find a Chinese corner stone investor appear, whom would help fund a lot moving forward. No need to go balls and all on drilling unless someone else is happy to foot the bill.
