So Yandal’s (Mark Cresey) voting power in the Company will increase from 19.12% to 42.53% this IMO definitely triggers the takeover process and therefore IMO Yandal would need to make a formal bid under the takeover rules so that all shareholders may accept or reject the price on offer.

Please correct me if I am wrong!
