It is believed the board felt that Viburnum had used its 25 per cent shareholding to dictate terms and leave the board with little choice but to support the Blake offer.The board issued the following statement in December: “We are acutely conscious of our obligations to maximise value for all shareholders and look forward to continuing to work with Viburnum and other 3PL shareholders to realise the underlying value in the company.”
this is taking it's sweet time... Chanticleer had an article in the AFR, make it sound all challenging....
Viburnum have 3PL's back (and front and sides) it would seem.....
