ABB FY22 Ebitda 27-28m including Over the Wire Ebitda 33m is projected around $60m . At current market cap and cash ABB is trading at EV/Ebitda of 13 times. If the growth slows then under 10 times EV/Ebitda where several other telcos reside maybe its destination. A takeover target would warrant a higher multiple
