Anyone assuming stx activities necessitating expenditure will happen in a timely manner is obviously new to stx..things will get delayed by one means or another ,and as long as the revenue rolls in there are no issues, wo betide shorters if export policy is changed or agig bring the pipeline , all the while gas price on the rise and walyering gas more sought after.
