I would suggest that when viewed in conjunction with the M4/24 State Street substantial holder notice an argument could also be made that the M3/24 Federal Court decision to find Vanguard Investments Australia guilty of making misleading ESG representations has also done little to either reduce volatility or improve investment landscape sentiment. My opinion only of course !
