LOL ! Fair asset valuations. They always makes for interesting debate. For me fair value is a measure of buyer seller equilibrium. For me it is a point that exists beyond a nil value marker. I do not consider this to mean though that I am any more right or wrong than another. Hence the often stated do your own research disclaimer. For want of disclosure however the current cycle intersecting point of measure for me was $0-235. Purely my opinion only of course!
