Unfortunately, ZIP have prematurely had to focus on profitability over growth otherwise it would have been lights out. This shift has stunted growth significantly and unfortunately has become a 5th tier BNPL service and lost considerable market share. Not the narrative all Zipster’s wanted. They may try to pump these results, but unfortunately the results are awful.
