I for one don't mind MB's weird hobbies - the whole 'keep Sydney open' and 'twitter-raging about zero COVID' stuff distracts him for probably a few hours a week.
It's all the other stuff that's the problem - most notably the weak and inexperienced management below him, the broken corporate culture (Glassdoor is wild!) and the "side projects" (Escrow and Freightlancer, which are not nearly as synergistic as people think).
