It's been savage and the only really disappointing thing about the company so far. They are quite honest and revenue trajectory has been conservative from a forecasting point of view so plenty of upside
Considering that Latitude tried to buy them for $1B, 18 months ago I'm interested to see what their internal valuation is considering Autopay is on a $720mm run rate for originations in March 2022 and climbing. This should be Should be $1 - $1.25B by end of Calendar year
The question is, would Private Equity or a bank like Macquarie target them and integrate their Technology platform into their legacy business...…
