No big thing if they can’t make the buyback target & it is pushing the share price up nicely.
I wouldn’t mind them having a bit of excess capital up their sleeve, there is $190M of subordinated notes which are costing us swap plus 5% & can be redeemed at par from July 2025.
I would be happy to see them save up & take out the notes.
