As a generous soul, would like to offer a block of 500,000 shares at $12.40 per share.
Based upon a nta valuation of $14.88 per share this would provide a very good capital return of 20%.
Add to that the benefit of the buyback driving the share price up even further, particularly given the new information that the board has revised their pca target range to 1.2x (from the previously stated pca range of 1.4 to 1.6x).
Plus, early in the new year the 500k shares would yield over $400 in dividends (over $550k on a grossed up basis).
