The thing I like about HLI is that the full year results are essentially locked in now. I'm not sure that we will even see an update to guidance in December as they haven't put a figure on the claims result but just guided that the claims experience will increase towards long term average levels (30%), so you could argue that as long as claims increase in the second half, guidance is met.
So you have an essentially uninformed market, that loses interest, that is fed a constant stream of "the housing market is about to tank" news stories. The spurt we had yesterday will be forgotten, the SP will go up and down and then in February they will make the dividend announcement and the market will respond as if they didn't see it coming. Will be buying any dips from here.
