On a side note, I had an opportunity to drop in to a SMART shop today. Neat, clean, calm, ppl doing ppl things. regional manager is enjoying working under Matt and has a sense of purpose and future. Life's good , SP and the day traders are the furtherest thing on his mind. he's not trying to lift top line numbers, more about lifting the bottom line numbers.
You all would have been every encouraged to hear his viewpoint. If this is replicated around aust the place "should" be in good shape.. its a far cry from 6-12-18 months ago.
