Russ - All of that is understood, but those other MSOs didn't give Suncorp $400 mil... AMA paid up front for the right to get a better price for the work being done there than just whatever the lowest competive bid is.

And sadly, I think using force (legal action) is the only way to get it done. Suncorp has proven their utter disregard for whatever happened to AMA in the wake of their secret undoing of the $400 mil. deal terms in March/April 2020. I worrry that Matt and this board are simply too inexperienced and naive to think such a confrontation is avoidable. They'd rather eek out a tiny improvement and hope for the best than fight the good fight. I don't think shareholders will tolerate that again. I hope Matt will learn from Carl's mistake in that regard.
